30th of May 2009, Saturday, 10pm, the church of saint Catherine (Vilniaus str. 30). Night music, the concert of Lithuanian folk music improvisations. Are participating: V. Povilionienė, P. Vyšniauskas, G. Kovėra, T. Kažkurevič, R. Kamičaitis.
The concert of the traditional wind music instruments and pipers
During the international folk festival “Skamba skamba kankliai” in the yard of Vilnius museum of Theatre, music and cinema (Vilniaus str. 41), on the 28th of May 2009, Thursday, at 17:30 pm will take place the concert of traditional wind music instruments and bagpipes.
The first gathering of Lithuanian bagpipers’
On the 25th of October 2008 in Vilkija, in Antanas and Jonas Juškos museum took place the event, which has attracted 14 bagpipers from all around Lithuania, two masters from Belorussia and one Latvian bagpiper.
